He graduated from the College of Sharia at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh. He obtained his master’s and doctorate degrees from the College of Fundamentals of Religion at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, where he worked as a professor in the Department of the Qur’an and its Sciences. He worked as a member of a number of scientific councils in the college, university, and associations.
