This edition includes two treatises on the “Interpretation of Surat Al-Masad.” The first is an edited chapter on the interpretation of the surah by Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, which was a practical application of his method of interpretation. The second is additions to Ibn Taymiyyah’s interpretation by Ibn Al-Muhibb Al-Maqdisi, which included beautiful quotes, narrations that he cited with his chains of transmission from his sheikhs, and useful comments that he edited with his pen.
