A scientific study of Ibn Jarir’s approach to preference and selection, in which the author addressed the formulas and methods of preference and selection according to Ibn Jarir, as well as his approach to using the aspects of preference between statements. After he finished the theoretical foundation, he moved on to application, so he studied Ibn Jarir’s preferences in interpretation from the beginning of the Qur’an to the end of the third section.
